department. it doesn't matter than jf was one of the hot names at the time. who cares. the only thing that matters and than anyone will remember is that you hired a guy who drove your football program even deeper into the mud than it was when he got here. and he gave a failing coach a contract extension. one more hire that doesn't pan out, he'll have the reputation of an a.d. who makes crappy football hires. that's what people will remember.
